We are looking to recruit for one of our clients - a Global company that provides support to end-user customers and partners across EMEA and Central and South America,
Support Desk Associate
General description of the role: Responsible for first point of contact for our client. Provide initial response and appropriate routing or escalation of reported issue.
Level of expertise: Entry level
Location: Iasi / Remote
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- good knowledge of English language - both written and spoken;
- proficient in all uses of personal computers, operating systems, business applications, and network-related technical applications;
- ability to learn new technologies and grow with the team;
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing to customers, peers, and management;
- good investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- the ability to respond to multiple customer support issues;
- willingness to proactively reach out to customers;
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, diplomacy, and positive attitude;
- flexibility and the ability to adapt;
- team player, self-motivated, flexible and creative.
Are also appreciated:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- staff Early shifts (flexible schedule 3:00am-7:00am, 4:00am – 8:00am) enabling the team to provide 24/7 coverage;
- receive Customer Incidences via the Service Portal, Phone System or Monitoring System;
- manage Customer Incidences using our client’s Ticketing System;
- forward or escalate to appropriate contact within the corporation;
- other duties as assigned
